I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Although he is not being completely truthful about the incident, I refuse to stoop to his level and go back and forthI will not dignify this with a responseMight I add, I have worked years for a living and continue to do soGod bless him and his businessHe needs it. [redacted] did order 4 jars of hair dress from my website.
the actual name of my website is [redacted]s Beauty Supply .com, and in the about us page, it clearly states that it is the website of Brunswick Beauty Supply, with full address and telephone number as required by law, which is not...

misleading at all. The picture on my website has been the same since it was placed, and [redacted] and [redacted] can attest to that fact, since each picture has the date and other information attached to it online. [redacted] has yet to produce a screenshot or any other information proving what she says. the website description clearly states what size of hair dress is for sale in the description section.
[redacted] did call and complain that the picture shows 25% more (which it does not) I asked her what she wanted me to do, mainly to appease her. She stated that she wanted another jar free, which clearly shows me that she was just trying to get free goods.I offered her a $10 refund on her purchase, which she agreed. I then looked at the picture on my website, which did not show any 25% more on it, and I returned [redacted]'s phone call, to tell her that in fact, the picture did not state 25% more. She then began to tell me that it was false advertising, and carried on a bit.
[redacted] is being untruthful by stating that she called back several times; she did not. We have no answering service, just a telephone plugged into a wall jack.
So, [redacted] received her 4 jars of product. And she received a $10 credit back to her credit card, as a gesture of goodwill, and an effort to keep a customer happy. There was no deceptive practices, and I felt that I went above and beyond in offering the customer a $10 refund. It seems to me that this customer just wants to complain, and nothing is based in fact.

Although he is not being completely truthful about the incident, I refuse to stoop to his level and go back and forth. I will not dignify this with a response. Might I add, I have worked 31 years for a living and continue to do so. God bless him and his business. He needs it. I will continue to pray that he develops a better business mind. Thank you!
