Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation

I had a problem with autopay so I called Brunswick electric to resolve thisI spoke to Vickie in billing department and before I say anything else let me just say that she is a HORRIBLE person!!!! She spoke to me like a thug that's the only word I can use to explain thisI simply asked her to explain the company policy when the first thing she said to me and I quote "I don't care who you areYou could be Donald trump and I don't care"Like I did something wrong to her in personI wish I had a choice and I would rather pay more and take my business elsewhere because of how they treat their customersBut I guess they can since nobody has a choice!!! I was over seas for more than two months when my bank sent me a new credit cardAll my other direct payments got transferred except Brunswick electric which I didn't realise until todaySo I called to find out what's going so that horrible lady called Vickie told me that they sent me a letter which I never received I never write bad reviews but she really pushed my buttonPeople like her should not be allowed to work anywhere with that horrible horrible attitude!!!!
