Two gentleman came into the bowling center the day after they had bowled They said that they were overcharged I asked them what lanes they had bowled on They said that they bowled on lanes & and that they only had bowlers I would have attached the scoresheets
that show that people bowled but the scores have been erased from the computerWhen I told them that the computer shows that people bowled, they said that they had people coming and going and didn't really know how many people they had I told them that we could watch the video and count the people At which point, one of the gentleman said that he didn't want to wait around and it wasn't worth their time As they were leaving the building, one of my employees overheard them talking She said that she heard them say, that it was worth a try to see how much money they could get back

Tell us why here...I am truly sorry that you had this experience at our center. I know that there was much confusion at this time between the mornings and afternoon shift. This is not an excuse and I feel bad that your family experienced this. I would like to make this up to you by
