Review: My church brought a charter bus in 2011. We brought it down to Delaware in 2012. We could not find any one to work on it and we parked it at Walmart. The manager at the time said it would be fine at the end of the parking lot. It was towed which isn't the issue that is fine but this company towed it and when I went to retrieve it they charged 750.00 to tow it 10 miles and tried to make a million excuses of why a tow that cost 350.00 is costing me 750.00. When I arrived I also noticed that they yanked the lock out of the door and when I move it today I will not be able to secure the bus because they took the lock out of the door! After I left talking to the young lady that handles the office the owner called back to try and justify the expense. He insisted that this was the just and going rate which I know isn't true because I own another bus. Also the company I am using to tow it to the new location is B&F Towing they are towing it the same distance and the cost is 350.00Desired Settlement: I would like 250.00 Back I was prepared to pay 500 Because I know he doesn't have the equipment to tow the bus so I expected him to mark up the price because he had to pay a third party!
