Review: The business put a illegal inspection sticker on three weeks of myself purchasing the vehicle.purchased the vehicle in April of 2015, and in that time period the sway bar link came off, the tire treads came out which caused the tires to pop, the muffler rotted and was welded on , I want to a garage and was told its going to cost me $300 to fix the problem, the belts snapped, coil spring came off, the poolies are locked causing the belts to snapp, the steering wheel is locked, and oil leaks, I never signed any documentation stating I baught the vehicle "as is" . when I called the company to resolve the issue thier only answer is "thats not a option" . the vehicle is sitting in my fathers parking lot unmovable and the bussiness refuses to tow it.Desired Settlement: I would like atleast half of the money I paid for the vehicle to purchase another vehicle through a different company , so I can have transportation to get back and forth to and from my full time Job, half the payment id like to recieve is $1,150 I paid $2,300 not including all the parts I paid for to keep the vehicle running for my sake.

This coustomer purchased this vehicle on our buy here pay here program.At the time of the sale she was several hundred dollars short of theagreed amount down so we let her still drive the car away that day withthe promise her first payment would be the regular payment plus theamount she was short all was agreed on that day. after about a monthshe called and said she was going to be late with that payment and alsoshe thought the car may need sway bar links I offered for her to bring it inor have it repaired and bring in the receipt and we would adjust the owedamount. A few weeks past she called and made an appointment to havethis done but never showed up. a few more weeks past now 2 monthslate she came in and made 1 month payment not the second one or theamount she was short from the down payment. We again discussed thisissue and the issue of the short money and a new appointment wasmade. Again this appointment was missed I did receive a regularpayment that was late in this time period. The car payments had fallenover 3 months behind when I got a call from her that the car had a newnoise best guess from what she told me was a possible broken rear strutspring I offered to fix but again the payment wasnt made and the cardidnt show up for the appointment. I beleieve she felt that if she broughtthe car to get fixed we would keep it. I got a call from her mother upsetthat she had an issue with her tire and muffler I informed her that iwould fix the sway bar links the strut spring the tires and muffler werewear items but I would do at cost she paid the muffler part cost I wouldinstall for free she wasnt not happy wanted me to fix it all for free shewanted the best for her daughter I understood so I said bring it and ill fixit. the car never came a few weeks later [redacted] called said she thoughtthe water pump was going I warned her if she drove it like that it wouldblow the car up I said keep it full of antifreeze and get the car to me donot overheat it a few days later she told me car broke wouldnt move ect.So at this point I dont know what to do she spent hard earned money onthe car I think she and her family are good people so I offered to let themout of the payments give them the title to the car so they may fix it or sellit or what ever they want we both agreed on that im just waiting forthem to stop in and sign off on that
