He was very disrespectful and I do not wish to return to this dentist in the future. Is there any action I can take to get the dentures corrected or replaced by another dentist

T am writing this letter in regards to a complaint that was filed to the BetterBusiness Bureau against myself and my businessPlease reference ID# *** inregards to this complaintI am a dentist and co-owner of the practiceThe complaintwas filed by a patient of mine who I extracted several
teeth on and fabricated a fullupper/partiallower denture forOn the day that I delivered the denture to the patient, Iexplained that it was a prosthetic and he would have to get used to them and wouldlikely need adjustments from time to time if sore spots should ariseHe left the officesatisfidedOne hour later, he returned stating he was in need of an adjustmentI thenadjusted his dentures but explained that he will need to wear them for the day and couldreturn the following day for another adjustment if need beIn order to make a properadjustment to a denture, the patient needs to wear them for a period of time so that I amable to 'sec the sore on the gumThis ensures that the denture is adjusted in the correctspotThis patient returned again just a couple of hours laterAt that point, I explainedagain that I cou ld not do anymore adjustme nts to his denture that day and he would haveto return the following dayHe was very persistent telling me that his gums werebleedingUpon examination, I did not find that his gums were bleeding and could notsec the spot on his gums in ord er to make a proper adjustmentI did however tell himthat it appeared he had bit his check which was where the blood was coming from.Again, telling him I could not do anymore adjustments to his denture that day, hebecame upset and left the officeHe has not returned for any further adjustments sincethenIf you have any further questions , feel free to contact my office at ***.Thank you for your time.Yevgeny ***, DDS
