I called for a service person from this company that was experienced in Electrical to come out to my townhouse, I explained the problem to [redacted] the Service Manager and he said there would be no charge to send out their Electrical Estimator. Well the individual came out and saw the problem , gave me a lot of ways he could have his people fix it, took measurements and my e mail address and told me I would have their estimate by the next work day in the morning for sure. Now I am not new to electrical wiring and during his 30 minute inspection he did not even go up in the attic to see where the wiring could go, I did not hear the easy solution from him so I let him ramble on about how he thought this could be fixed. So I asked him for a business card and he informed me that sorry he did not have any to give me.
The next day no e mail and every day after no e mail now its been 3 weeks and still no answer , ask yourself what kind of company does this??
I would not do any business with a company that treats their customers as they did with me.
Had an electrical problem fixed - non emergency. It took two trips to fix it, but the tech did not give up until it was fixed. Very good service and professional. Only charged for one trip. I had used them for new work before so called them when the problem occurred. Would call again for all my electrical work.
