This is our 2nd home buying experience The first time around we were blessed with great realtors as they were family to a close friend We knew we'd be getting top notch service because we already had a relationship with the realtors However, the 2nd time around we moved states and had no contacts to lean on We came across the Kombrink Team in a Realtor search and decided to give them a try We have absolutely no regrets about that decision The entire team was awesome from A to Z They found homes in our price range, location, etc and sent us more options to look at online than we could sort through After narrowing down the options, the team was there to walk us through the homes every time we called to ask There was also no pressure to buy a home Our realtor knew we were not in a hurry and wanted to wait to find something that was exactly what we wanted They stayed patient with us the entire time Once we made the decision on which house we wanted, they made the closing process as easy as they possibly could Their mortgage lending company was on point through the entire closing.We were always updated as they went through the process, we always knew what was going on and why, etc You knew the team was always on the ball as we would be copied on multiple emails to the sellers Realtor Team, often requiring multiple emails prior to receiving a response The day of the closing also spoke volumes for the team We were ready and prepared on our end for a min closing Upon arrival we found out that our Team had everything they needed all ready to go We got the process started and within minutes we were done on our end However, the Selling team was, in no capacity, prepared We ended up being onsite for almost full hours waiting solely on the sellers realtor team It reinforced our decision to go with the Kombrink team, and made us feel even better about our decision to utilize them Awesome team that we will highly recommend!
