Review: Bryan Chevrolet has a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Short Box posted for $12,550. I sent an email to lock in the pricing as stipulated on their website. As stated on their website, "Internet Prices MUST be claimed through the Internet Department. Simply email or call today to lock in Internet Pricing!"

I went into the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I liked the vehicle and had them run my credit. After they run my credit, a very high score mind you, they said the car is worth $14,990. The Sales Manager, [redacted], told me there is nothing they can do. [redacted] told me he would not honor the price posted after I followed their policy of locking in a price. However, the price on the website has not changed. I have a screenshot and emails to show the discrepancies in price. The car is also posted as having 0 miles.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to purchase the vehicle for the price that was stated online of $12,550. If the truck is gone by the time this claim is finished, I would like to be offered the same thing on a truck of equal condition.
