I am rejecting this response because: 1) The shipment was not moving on a shipper's load & count (SLC) basis, as the B/L's were not signed as such [redacted] driver was responsible for the count, prior to the seal being affixed and no load tallies for count were kept or provided 2) A two stop delivery was involved The first stop delivered clear, although no confirmation was noted of seal # [redacted] being intact was provided or noted, which was also the driver's responsibility 3) A new seal, # [redacted] , was to be affixed after the rist stop was delivered There is no record of that seal being affixed or on the trailer when the second stop was arrived at Again, this was the driver's responsibility 4) While the claimed shortage was noted on the delivery receipt, it was not called in to Pinnacle Freight Systems, as required Delivery was made on 2/4/ 5) [redacted] Transport knew there was a shortage when they sent us an email on 2/12/16, days later, asking if we'd be short paying their freight bill to us This was a clear acknowledgement they knew they were liable for the shortage We advised we would not short pay them as we don't operate that way and we had not yet received a claim from anyone 6) After our claimant filed with us, we had to pay them based on the facts as we knew them to be ***, knowing they shorted the shipment, would not honor the claim, despite their handling the shipment from pickup through deliveries with the facts as stated above This claim is still valid and needs to be paid The facts are clear

Darar transport picked up the trailer with seal # [redacted] from the shipper and seal was applied by the shipperper americold policy all trailer are sealed by their employees before the trailer leaves the yard so the trailer wasn't even loaded with the product that is short

first of all many statements were untrue. I had little opportunity to look over any job when he was finished -- he had to leave and kept saying that for the last hour of his work, he even rushed his helper to get done, we have to get out of here. I already stated my hurt and disappointment about the antique stove, the buyer doesn't want it because of the legs. IF I can find the exact base, he may come get it, but he wanted it in his home by the first of October. Replicas will not due, he wants a true antique. If we find them, the [redacted] will be sent to Mr B[redacted] for payment. I did not notice the chipped and badly dented threshold until about an hour after he left while cleaning up his mess. The threshold was put in in March of 2016. It will have to totally be replaced and the wood underneath replaced, the siding under the door will be left dented. The bathroom dry wall is fine, the trim has gaps and a piece of baseboard stuck on that does not even match. I am embarrassed for it to be seen. He was always in a rush, We will for get about the lousy power spray jobs and foundation painting. It looked good until you start working outside, then it is noticed. Daughters steps are nice, so problem. If a person of his was sent to repair these items, I would question his abilities as I can see first hand that Bryan;s standards are not up to normal. When he told me to get out of the way, he knew what he was doing with the stove, I was not happy being talked to like that, if he would have listened the stove legs would be on tact. He is too rushed all the time, therefore sloppy.

My company performed several tasks on her house and her daughters. [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] watched over every task and was present while doing. Was very happy with job and also looked over the job. [redacted] signed the contract and paid the [redacted], plus looked over the job again before I left and was...

very pleased and happy. Other than the two legs on the stove that I broke and I told her I would replace them I looked them up and found them for a couple hundred dollars and was going to replace them. However [redacted]'s daughter [redacted] text and called me several times and told me to bring back the base of the stove and they would replace it. [redacted] said he would take care of it and that I did not have to worry about it so I returned the stand. It was days later that this all came about. I also told [redacted] there was paint left over and if there were spots or anything that she seen I would come back and take care of it, I also told her I would pay and replace the treshold, however [redacted] text and called me several times about how unhappy she was, never [redacted]. That they would take care of it and send me the [redacted], so they never gave me a chance to come back and take care of it. A few tiny spots on brick wall that show through that a dab of paint would fix and a few screws in a threshold plate but they refused and [redacted] told me no. I have pictures of all completed work and they were very pleased. Also I was not pushy I sat and talked for more than an hour before [redacted] signed and delivered the check for the job completed, and still sat and talked for half hour to a hour after I was completed with the job and went over everything again. This is coming from her daughter [redacted], because I have several texts and nothing from [redacted]. The contract was between [redacted] and I not [redacted]. If they would Like I could send a guy there to fix these two issues other than the stove because they said do not worry about it, cause it was not in my contract but still moved. I can send a guy out there to fix since they are afraid of me when I sat and talked to them and they were very pleased with all my work. I also provided [redacted] with all the pictures that I have so we both have them. I also have a worker that was with me the entire time that can prove everything that was said and done and how pleased they were with the tasks performed. I think these people are those type of people, I worked very hard on this job.
