Bryan McCoy's Appliance Repair Service

Review: On Tuesday Oct. 1, 2013 Mr. McCoy came to my house to look at my washing machine. He did identify the problem and told me it would be $35. 00 for the service fee, $50. for the part and $10.00 to come back and install it. He did tell me during the time he was looking at the washer that he had some heart problems and diabetes . At the time of the phone call to have him come out he did not mention any of these problems. He said it would be a total of $95.00 to repair the washer. I worte him a check for the full amount and did not recieve any type of reciept. He then told me he would be back on THursday Oct. 3, 2013 the repair the washer. He called me Thursday evening and said he had 3 refridgerators to repair and could he come out on Friday. I said that is fine. I called him Friday morning to make sure he ws coming and he said yes. He then called me at 6pm on Friday and said him and his wife had stopped to eat and he would be at my house shortley I again said ok fine. After an hour of waiting he did not show so I called him and got his coicemail. He said he was having a low sugar attack and could he come out on Saturday. I told him no that I had to work and would be gone all day Saturday. I then told him that I have already paid him for his services adn he either needs to come and repair the washer or refund my money. I did tell him that myself and my boyfriend who was a police officer would be at his store to collect the money on Saturday. He said he couldn't get the money until Monday . This began al long list of texts that I have saved from him with excuses. I would just like for him to mail me the money he owes me since he did not do the work his was pd. for. He has had multiple chances to come and fix the washer but instead took my money and ran with it.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $60. for the part that I never rec. and for the labor I never got from him. All he did was duct tape the part on the washer.

Thank you for your response ! I did hear from via a nasty letter and only part of the money that was owes to me , I hope he doesn't do this to someone else as I an a single parent and money is right anyway . I didn't have an extra 95 dollars just to throw away ,
