so we walk in an ask for information regarding the school and such and then the next couple of days I go in and check to see if I applied for grants and I did but they still made me sign and pay an application fee though our minds werent made up and they enrolled me into the program when I didnt want to now they call me everyday and harass me and I am sick of it. I would like something done about this and have them remove me from their list...

These people will do what's necessary to get you enrolled, get the ball going, and I would say their target audience is the apathetic. Accountability is an assumed need on their part, so if they won't leave you alone it's only credit to their dedication to keep their students motivated, active, and successful.
