During the first week of April, I took my 5th wheel RV to Bryan's Auto, Truck & RV Collision Repair Center, Inc.in Lake wales, Fl to repair or align the rear axelI was told it would be around the first week of May before they could get to itI called on Tuesday May for a progress reportI was told the would look at it that day and get back to me with an estimateI called Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for an update with no response until late Friday afternoonI was then told I needed a new axle and it would have to be ordered and it would not be inn until mid-JuneI thought months waiting for an axel was a little excessiveI said I would pick it up and take it somewhere elseThe charged me hours of labor at and extremely high rate for what they claim diagnosticsWhen I first delivered the RV there the service manager looked under the unit and said it would need a new axleThat took minutesNow, months later, no axle no service just a big billStay clear of this business
