I made a firewood delivery to the customer, she had left payment with her neighborWhen I initially met her neighbor she simply had an attitude and came off as being very rudeI introduced myself as being with the company and that I was there to deliver Cord of firewood and this was a dumped order meaning we pull up dump the order collect payment and goThe actual buyer was working so again she left payment with her neighbor, she overlooks the firewood and calls the actual buyer and tells her that "hey this isn't a Cord of firewood" I simply reply I can stack the order but there is a fee of $per CordThe lady paying me rushes in her home and shuts the door which was rude simply because I'm there with the order and was left not knowing what was going onMy cell phone rings & it's the actual buyer she says collect payment and dump the wood as I did later that eveningI received a phone call it's the buyer saying that her order was shortMy ad reads that our measurements two rows stacked 4'x8' per Cord pieces are cut in lengths of 16"- 18" various peices are a bit bigger and a bit smallerIt is simple why didn't they have us stack the firewood if liery in the first placeWe would be more than happy to restock the wood but a fee will be applied and all of the wood is accounted forAll orders are prestacked thank you

Simply my Cords of wood are measured and listed as two rows stacked 4'x8' each rowThe wood is cut to 16"- 18" in length (approx) various pieces are a bit bigger in length as some are a bit smaller in lengthI delivered The customers wood at the time there wasn't no complaintsI do have a
stacking fee per 1/Cord per whole Cord I discuss this with every customermy argument is why or if he felt uncomfortable with his order why didn't he have us stack the order and was iffy in the first place saying he's been ripped off the previous firewood seasonI do charge a restocking fee of $per delivery we are completely comfortable restocking our firewood as long as it is all there and not burned thank you
