Company has been unable to resolve heating issues despite repeated visits and calls. Company does not follow up on replacement parts and getting back with me regarding updates in a timely manner. A required critical furnace part was ordered more than 4 weeks ago and it was not determined till I called that the part was never delivered to the local supplier. I should not have to continuously call to find out about parts not being delivered, especially since this company has not been able to correctly repair the furnace. Nice people, but very questionable customer service with inadequate follow up and excuses about why parts are unavailable. It is difficult to determine if the problem is with the the manufacturer (Bryant) or the company that is considered the largest supplier of this product.
