Complaint[redacted]My husband purchased a dress for our daughter Nov 22/13. It was worn twice and then I realized the material was running at the seam the way a nylon stocking would. It covered several square inches [redacted] I returned it to the store and spoke with the staff. I was told [redacted] the tags are cut off and it's obviously been worn. [redacted] I explained that I was not trying to return the dress as unworn, but as defective since it was literally coming apart at the seam! She said she could do nothing without the receipt [redacted] I sent the dress back in with the receipt with my sister in law [redacted] She was told the dress could not be returned without the tags attached. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would prefer to receive my money back [redacted] but I would understand if they would prefer to give a store credit. [redacted]
