I am rejecting this response because:As far as Bryans Road Auto further damaging my van, *still having problems* I will forever decline their invite nor will never seek them again *in life*If it was assumed that I would be bringing the van back 'why wasn't another appointment made on the spot for the followup when I approached them about the problem?' that's weird and confusing to meBut never the less, my van is being looked at by a more capable auto shop, that fixed the problem and informed me there was another situation caused by shabby work *I feel and know* Bryans Road Auto causedAs far as the statement of trying to contact me on ***, in which I don't venture everyday 'even if I did visit ** everyday, I don't follow up when strange people leave phone numbers' from the statement supplied {it's funny to me after looking at the statement and picture 'which wasn't put on until Octfor *** *** ***' saying the conversation happened Sept., NONSENSE, people will try to render bogus info at times to make a point of trying to clear themselvesBut I thank you for contacting and looking into this mess that was made by this so called auto shop

gauges on a car suddenly stop Working.Second, her written description of what happened insinuates we brushed her off and disregarded her. So let's get this straight. She first contacted me via email on my day off. I responded anyway and followed up when I returned to work. Knowing her situation, I arranged for her to bring the van in at a time when I could have one of my guys run her home (something we don't normally do). Then we fixed her car at a much lower price than originally estimated and finally had one of my guys return to pick her up. I ask you, does this sound like the action of a dismissive shop'? Her assertion is troublesome and inaccurate.When she returned, she was told ABS and gauges weren't related to tightening a fuel pump seal. She was also told, however, we would gladly look into it if she could bring it back to find out what was going on.She WAS told, "At least your fuel won't be dripping everywhere until you get back."She never returned. I've also left her two messages since receiving your letter, and she hasn't responded to either. I will still gladly look the van over, but she needs to call me and set something up.

I wish I remembered the events the way [redacted] does. The last I saw her I assumed she was bringing the van back for us to look at. Enclosed is a copy of a [redacted] message I sent her the morning after calling her twice (and leaving one message). I'd still be willing to look at the van for her.
