I’d like to commend, endorse, and recommend Bryan's United Air Conditioning for their past and recent work in transforming our home to more comfortable conditions with the installation of a central air conditioner. They have always been efficient, detail-oriented, superb in craftsmanship, extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, they care about their work and their clients and always strive to keep in constant communication throughout the job. Their quotes are very fair and I always know I am going to receive a great product at a reasonable price. I also like to recognize J.Z. Review: Company has been unable to resolve heating issues despite repeated visits and calls. Company does not follow up on replacement parts and getting back with me regarding updates in a timely manner. A required critical furnace part was ordered more than 4 weeks ago and it was not determined till I called that the part was never delivered to the local supplier. I should not have to continuously call to find out about parts not being delivered, especially since this company has not been able to correctly repair the furnace. Nice people, but very questionable customer service with inadequate follow up and excuses about why parts are unavailable. It is difficult to determine if the problem is with the the manufacturer (Bryant) or the company that is considered the largest supplier of this product.Desired Settlement: Nothing less than a replacement of the furnace component for the 7 year old unit. The money spent on trying to get this repaired, which still doesn't operate correctly, is approaching one third of the cost of the unit, installed by Bryant's United.
