I am rejecting this response because: They are lying about the whole ordealThere was an approximate no response time from them for days the only reason they attempted to call me was because triple A called them inquiring on the problem This was on July 11th I called them on July 15th and left a voicemail I have not heard from them sinceEnd result I had to have the alternator replaced as to prevent further damage to the vehicle did not have the battery replaced that they are pretending is the problem the car has been running perfectly I did not agree to a rebuilt alternator had no idea that is what they did until I started having problems with it and had it removed On the receipt it does not say it is rebuilt, when I call you every other day they did not say we ordered a rebuilt part from the Internet and are waiting for it to come in always said its not ready I have never put used parts in my vehicle have always kept it up you basically charged me for triple what a new part would have cost thus committing fraudI am requesting a full refund of 552.88.Regards, [redacted] ***

I would be willing to make an appointment to have Bryant Auto replace my moulding on the front windowKelly, an employee called me months ago stating, "I'll order the front window moulding, and we'll call you when it comes in." Obviously the part was never orderedAgain, I would be willing to make an appointment after the part comes in to have Bryant Auto replace front window moulding (is one piece for front window.)

We have tried calling this customer every day since she voiced her concerns to us about this alternator issueWe ordered the alternator that was for her ** beattle and that is what we installedShe agreed to the remanufactured alternator to try and save costUpon investigating and diagnosing this
vehicle we found burnt up wires and fuse panel that needed to be replaced which the customer declinedWe found a burnt up fuse link on a wire that absolutely needed replaced for the vehicle to operate properly again and a dead cell in the batteryThe reason for the long turn around in repair was due to having to order this fuse link from the dealer which took some time to get in due to this part not being readily availableThe bill on this job was not only for the alternator but also the other issues found with the fuse link that we had to fixNever contacted us to let us know they were having any issues with the car at allInstead takes it to another shop to find out that the alternator that we had installed was faultyShe then calls us and tells us that she had an issue with the alternator that the shop said it is the wrong alternator that she needed a bosh alternatorWe researched the alternator and offered to replace her alternator with a more expensive bosh alternator which the one we installed was the correct one for her vehicle(you do not buy a tv from best buy and try to return it to walmart) We had the new bosh alternator sitting in our shop for a week after we heard about the issue and never heard from her or saw the vehicle again other than her calling in and demanding a full refund of her billThe alternator was under full warranty at no cost to her could have been replaced and back to her that dayAs far as a window not sure what that is all about we never looked at or touched a window? I guess since we were the last to touch the vehicle we are to blame which in the car industry you get that alotWe tried to make it right and replace the faulty alternator but were not even given the opportunityThe dead cell battery issue could be the cause of the alternator shorting out also that was suppose to been taken back to were it was purchased and warrantied out

have no issue replacing the molding as I said I wouldDue to the last complaint stating that they did not want to bring the vehicle back outIf willing to bring it back out call and set up an appointment we will make sure the part is here and we will install it in minutes and customer can be on there way

Attached please find info regarding complaint #[redacted]. The first pages are the phone logs from when car was originally towed by [redacted], which was on May 22, 2017. I was doing all of the calling asking was the vehicle ready @ not time was a rebuilt alternator discussed. I would have said no! The calls on May 26 when vehicle was ready. The one at 5:58 pm was them telling me it would of run without a jump, that I needed a new battery, offer me one for over $200.00 when I declined they came back to the phone and said since I was a triple A member I could get it for 4130 something I declined. I was out of town the most part of June. Returned June 19th at which time battery light started coming on again. (It had held the charge from the time I originally picked it up, May 26, 2017)  On approximately June 26 is when I took vehicle for window repair and to find out why the battery light was on. At which time I was told battery was in great condition alternator was not. [redacted] is the ###-###-#### phone number. On 7-29-2017 car shut completely down on the log you will see where I called the numerous times about the situation with no resolve. On June 30th, 2017 I called again requesting a full refund and asked had he order the part. Did not or have not heard from them since.  On July 11, 2017 they called and left no message. On July 15, 2017 I called left a message asking for a refund, the receipt for the alternator and who the manufactor was.  I have yet to get a response. When my billing cycle is up I will be able t print out the phone logs for that time to present.  Attached also you will find the invoice from Bryant Air and the two invoices for [redacted] Auto for the work that was done as a result of the faulty alternator. Thus I am disputing their response to complaint because it is all lies. Please read notes from [redacted] Auto.

March 1, 2017[redacted] got his vehicle towed on 1/14/2017. Customer said CV axle was broken and has a wining noise.Bryant Auto Services told [redacted] that he had metal shavings in the power steering fluid and informed him that his rack and pinion seals are out and the grinding in the...

rack and pinion is where he is getting the metal shavings from. We informed [redacted] that we could just install a power steering pump but with the rack and pinion bad it would burn up the power steering pump later down the road  he said he would rather fix both power steering pump and rack and pinion that way he wouldn't have to worry about it. [redacted] also had a passenger tie rod end bad and his slight play in the driver side tie rod end it would be recommended to do both tie rod ends because they are installed onto the new rack and pinion. Vehicle needed a new CV axle and a 4 wheel alignment Bryant auto services told [redacted] it would cost $1438.46 Total. [redacted] told us that he only had about $1000.00 so he would have to see if his parents would help him.  [redacted] called Bryan auto back on 1/16/2017 and said to go ahead and do the work. Bryan auto services told [redacted] it would take about 2 days to do the work. After work was performed we checked fluids and checked out oi. Bryant auto called [redacted] on 1/18/2017 to let them know all work is done and ready to be picked up.Bryant auto services had received a call on 2/15/2017 that was having a issue with the car pulling and Patterson's dad wanted to know if it was anything to do with the work we performed and we said no. Bryant auto services did tell [redacted] dad to bring in the vehicle and we could look at for free for him and see what'g going on with the car. He said he would bring it down to our shop. Bryant auto services did a transmission inspection and there was a lot of transmission fluid coming out of transmission pan gasket and there was a lot of oil leaking.Bryan auto checked the transmission fluid and there was no transmission fluid on the dip stick and [redacted] said ok he will let us know what he needs to do about 5 min later we get a call from his dad saying it is Bryant auto services fault the transmission went bad and I ask [redacted] dad when is the last time he checked the transmission fluid he told me he shouldn't have to check the fluids all the time. Bryan auto told him they should be at least checked every other time you fill up your gas tank. Bryant auto told Patterson's dad that we had to add some transmission fluid to vehicle to test drive vehicle. Patterson's dad paid for the transmission and the left.Kelly BrittOffice Manager

End result I had to have the alternator replaced as to prevent further damage to the vehicle did not have the battery replaced that they are pretending is the problem the car has been running perfectly.  I did not agree to a rebuilt alternator had no idea that is what they did until I started having problems with it and had it removed.  On the receipt it does not say it is rebuilt, when I call you every other day they did not say we ordered a rebuilt part from the Internet and are waiting for it to come in always said its not ready.  I have never put used parts in my vehicle have always kept it up you basically charged me for triple what a new part would have cost thus committing fraud. informed her that we would help her claim it through her insurance company. She was happy that we thought of another way for her to get her car repaired at no cost to her other than her deductible, which we ended up taking care of for her to make her happy. Several weeks later the insurance company came out and wrote a estimate on her vehicle and approved it for repairs. The insurance company took pictures of this vehicle in question and marked all previous damage to this vehicle and the rear quarter of this car was clearly damaged when it arrived to our shop and on our tow truck. The damage on this rear quarter is rather large and no possible way it could be tow damage or anything damaging it on our lot due to it being dropped off in between two other vehicles. She came out with her daughter picked the vehicle up after repaired and never mentioned the rear quarter of her car which was clearly in view due to the size of damage on it. We also have signs posted all over our lot that we are not responsible for customers vehicles left outside on our lot and not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles on our lot. We took every action to try to make this customer happy. We are not at fault for the damages to this customers car and did not offer to fix them due to the size and fact that it was previous damage as documented by her insurance company.
