I sent someone out two weeks ago to check it out the issues at no charge I am going out to make the two repairs to the flashing on the chimney and a new pipe cover at no charge

The customer I offer a year warranty on all work which is in the contract she receivedI did the roof in 2009, and there would be no warranty since I did go and look free of chargeI found visible roof damage, and it was in regards to
wind damageI also found ply wood was deteriorating because of poor ventilationThe customer also got on the roof, and sprayed asphalt roof sealant on the roof at some point, and that voided any manufacture roof warrantyThe roof can be repaired for around $Also, I did not charge for the service call
