This letter is in reference to [redacted] complaint.  We did receive a letter from Mr [redacted] about the damages to his furniture.  We sent a man over to look at the damages and to see how we could help.  The dresser is made out of compressed wood and as it states in the contract we do...

not cover compressed wood but would be willing to see how it could be fixed.  The top of the dresser came loose when it was moved.  When I called Mr [redacted] he said we were taking to long and didn't want to talk to us.  When I try to call him he just hangs up.  Sincerely[redacted]Gary's Moving
