I hired MrGomez to collect rent due from a tenant who moved out without paying while refusing to relinquish the property I also hired him to do my LLC, and some real estate work for me back in October of MrGomez has some personal issues that have caused him not to be himself His top lawyer quit because MrGomez didn't show up for work for months I have been patient and understanding while MrGomez has lied to me several times He says he mailed the letter certified mail but never sent me a copy I was in his office and saw the letter so something as little as forwarding the letter via email to me he has not been able to complete He's in court but can't file the simple paper work?
