Company is refusing to correct the issue caused by one of its dealers regarding product registration and warranty.
We recently discovered that our AC unit wasn't registered on time as the builder led us to believe when we closed on our home. Further back and forth with the builder shed light on the dealer being partially responsible. We called *** trying to appeal to their sense of compassion *** dedication to customer service to no avail. During the phone call it became apparent that there was no system in place implemented by *** to ensure that homeowners purchasing their product are both given the proper literature and direction on how to register the product. IWhatmore, if registering the product was a way to provide proof of when the product was purchased, we can certainly provide such proof today. It's shameful that due to no fault of our own but rather their own dealer, *** is not standing behind the quality of their product especially now that major components are failing rendering the system as close to a lemon as you can get.
Need the system properly registered to show the 10yr warranty. Also need refund issued for parts purchased to perform repairs when the warranty should have taken care of those.
This customer has an issue with the manufacturer, Bryant Heating and Cooling. They are national company and a manufacturer of HVAC equipment. Our company, Bryant Heating and Air, is a small family owned service company serving the San Gabriel Valley area of the Los Angeles area. We are not a manufacturer. It appears this customer is from Florida, and we have not ever done any business in Florida, and we are not licensed in Florida. I respectfully ask that this complaint be withdrawn and directed at Bryant Heating and Cooling equipment manufacturer based out of Indianapolis.
