We have been out to the customers home and will be covering the area that did not have grass at no chargeThere was a miscommunication. Per *** */ company
Hello,We were hired by Mrs*** to repair her sprinkler system. We inspected the problem and provided her with a quote to complete the repair. The price of $was agreed upon by Mrs*** and we proceeded to complete the repair. My technician did more than just replace a
head. There was a broken pipe and and a broken 12" sprinkler head. We fixed the problem and left. We were never notified by Mrs*** about any other issues remaining or any other adjustments that were needed. The only communication we received from Mrs *** was a demand for her money back. We gladly warranty all of our work and would have been more than happy to go back to her residence and make the adjustments free of charge. My counter offer to Mrs*** would be a refund of $100.00. I do not feel that it is fair to refund $out of a $300.00 project that was agreed upon by the customer. We were never given the opportunity to make these adjustments after the fact
However, I'd like to state that the sprinkler head (being it a 12 inch) was the only item fixed. There was no leak in my system and I'd like to invite the owner to come out and dig up the areas in which the tech did and observe for himself that there was no repairs made to any lines. The sprinkler head that was broken was replaced with a 12" head and that was the only repair made to the system. The tech had originally quoted me $400.00 for the job. I called another company and was told they could not be here for 3 days. I told the tech that I could pay $300 as it was all I had for the week. I was very upset when he only dug two holes and replaced the single head in 1 hour and that he charged that amount for that little work. The first hole did not have the sprinkler so he dug another. I was outside with him the entire time. When he found the sprinkler in the 2nd hole, he showed me where it had been and proceeded to replace it. No line work was done, just the replacing of the head. He then put the dirt and bricks back and asked me to turn on the system for him. He then asked if I would turn on each area so he could check for any others. After turning each section on and off, he said all was fine and left. I called the office twice over the next week and got no response from the owner. I let them know that I would be filing a complaint if I didn't hear from them. I'd like to again ask the owner to please come to my home and inspect my entire yard. I'd like to ask him to please show me where the supposed leak was repaired and I invite him to dig anywhere he'd like to find the "repair" made to any line. Please come to my home and inspect the work done or not done. I accept the $100.00 refund.
