I am rejecting this response. Thus, what it is evident at this juncture from the language contained on his response to your organization and his text messages from the company is to exculpate from any wrong doing in this matterThe company has chosen to completely overlook and ignore the facts from text messages agreements between the purchaser and one his company representativesThe determination from the company evinces an abuse of discretion and good faith. At this point, I respectfully considered the company text messages content inaccurate and furthermore without meritThe gate design was discussed with one of the co ownerIt was decided to install the gate madeThe co owner agreed to return to the residence at a later time which the company failed to meet the date for installation.

To be clear, He's mad at me because I didn't do any work for him nor did I collect any money.? I was contacted because I did the original? iron work when the houses on that street were built.? I gave them a VERY competitive? price if we could provide a small walk gate on front
porch to install all of them on the same day.? There were others.? As I recall he didn't want his gate to swing the same as the others.? A slide option was discussed as not feasible.? Swinging? it out onto the sidewalk was not going to workHe wanted a different way to latch, that wasn't going to work for this application.? We installed the other gates and left.? ? The whole premise for the pricing I quoted was that we would show up as we had time when we were in the area.? Our shop is an hour away on a good dayhe's mad because I told him it would be more for us to come down for just his gate.? He has gotten other quotes and told me they were much higher.? By text he has accused me of many things.? I am opting out of providing services as I don't feel I could ever make him happy at this point.? Again, I have not collected any money for this job
