I have been a customer of Bryant Pest control for several years. They have excellent customer service and they are very reasonably priced. Craig came out to the house the last time and did a great job . He took his time and covered my entire yard. Answered all my questions. Thank you Bryant and Craig !

He listens to us regarding the scorpions and puts extra chemicals where they come in at. We will miss him and he tells us he works 6 days a week. He needs to be rewarded for his services. Thank you

We have received great service over the years from Bryant Pest Control. Most recently, I was motivated to call their front office and let them know one of their technicians (Craig) has provided us with exceptional service. Craig took time to thoroughly address concerns we had about certain issues that developed on our property. He provided well researched and informative answers to all of my questions. Craig took time to thoroughly inspect the property and treat every area. Honestly, every technician Bryant sends out does well, but this was deserving of praise. I'm happy to spread the good word about this kind of service when so many other companies seem to have lost touch with the fine art of customer care and professionalism these days. I can tell you that Bryant is a top notch pest control service. Over the years I have been pitched by many companies at my door looking to save a few dollars here and there, but frankly I'm never interested. I like to remain loyal to companies that I can depend on. I've reached out to Bryant and the owner has taken my calls on occasion. He was considerate, professional and fair each and every time. We stayed with Bryant after a move and continued service with consistent results. We have enjoyed a pest-free home for the most part and attribute this to regular monthly service from Bryant Pest Control. I am please and thankful that I found this company. I have use many pest control company's but none that can live up to Bryant Pest Control. They have been out twice and they took their time sprayed beyond what I expected. I would recommend them if your looking for top service.

They provide remarkable customer service.I called to start service and they came out within a few hours. The technician was professional,patient and answered all our questions. He even took the time to answer the zillions of questions our four year old son had.

Craig came out again for the second spraying per our two week schedule to get rid of pesty ants and an invasion of crickets. Did not see anything moving after the first spraying but still heard a quieter chorus of cricket outside. Hadn't seen anymore ants that would come back within two days of my spraying. After the first spraying, I saw no crickets inside in my AZ Room (what I had renamed my cricket room with the invasion). I can now reclaim my room and no more chorus outside. Bryant offers an extremely reasonable price, very courteous technicians, and got the job done right. First sign of any more bugs, I will give them a call. It is nice that you don't need a contract with them and can call on an as needed basis!

I had been without regular pest service for over 6 months. A friend recommemded Bryant Pest

Control so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. My first conversation was with [redacted]. He was polite and professional and took the time to answer my questions and set up a appointment. He went over all fees and services up front so there were no suprises when the tech showed up the next day.

My service Tech was [redacted]. He called to say he was on his way and arrived only 30 minutes into his 3 hour window. Once at my door he took time to see what our specific needs were and then got right to work. He took care not to disrupt my home or to startle my pets. He did a very through job inside and out. As far as I could tell he covered every possible area that pests might like. He listened to my specific requests and we set up a follow-up appt.

I would highly recommend Bryant Pest Control for all your pest control needs. They are friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. I hope to continue with their service for many years to come.

I don't typically write reviews positive or negative, but Bryant Pest Control has so exceeded our expectations that we felt we needed to acknowledge them. We have used their services for a couple of years now and they go above and beyond in their customer service. My husband and I both work changing schedules and Bryant goes out of their way to accommodate our needs. The technicians are very professional and willing to listen to my concerns when they come out. I would highly recommend their services for your pest control needs.

It went pretty well! I saw dead bugs right away, still had a few alive after a week or so, but the greatest thing is that they came back and sprayed again for no extra cost and the bugs were gone! Customer service is amazing, they keep calling back to schedule an appointment without me having to worry or remember when to do it. [redacted] is great on the phone and [redacted] on the field. This company really know about customer service and the use of the correct products. Extremely recommendable!

Bryant Pest Control is wonderful! We have used them exclusively since we moved to Arizona and are happy to report no scorpions, no crickets, no black widows . There is nothing creepin or crawlin in our house.
