Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I read Bryant's Powerwashing response....I want to first clarify something....I never spoke to a tech let alone yell at one The guys that came to my house were professional and friendlyI told the secretary who answered the phone thatThey were nice guys and I don't yell at anybody I only spoke to the owner after the incidentSecondly, I faxed the charges to the company They saw all the work that was doneMrB [redacted] told me he wasn't an electrician but has a friend who is an insisted that my inside socket was already badThe electrician that came to house said that when the outside socket blew, it blew the inside one as wellMrB [redacted] cussed and yelled on the phone when I didn't accept his dollar offer and hung up I thought speaking to the owner I would have the same courteous and respectful attitude that his techs and secretary have....that isn't the caseI reject what I have just read

To Whom It May Concern,On 10/10/my company power washed Mr [redacted] home Mr [redacted] emailed my company late that day stating the issue that he had He didn't even our company the opportunity to respond to his complaint before he hired another company to come out and fix the problem with the electrical box Myself, Steve B***, left numerous messages for Mr [redacted] but was not able to get him on the phone, I finally left a detailed message explaining that my company uses a low pressure cleaning process We start at the top of the home and work our way half way down the house and then the water runs down the other half of the house We have been doing this same cleaning method for years This cleaning process is no different than rain running down the homeAs far as the other home Mr [redacted] referenced, that customer had an outside outlet that did not have a cover box to protect it which was no fault from Bryant's If Mr [redacted] would have waited to hear from our company, he would have been explained that the box would have air dried and been fine But obviously he was in a hurry to fix immediately without talking to my company Bryant's Powerwashing is not responsible for this charge at all This would be like having a dinner at [redacted] and you didn't like the food, so you go to [redacted] and then bill [redacted] for it In future, Mr [redacted] should talk to original contractor before contracting another company.Sincerely,Steve B***

During our house exterior cleaning process, our company uses a soft wash cleaning process It is such a low pressure cleaning that our customers can leave the screens in their windows and there is not even any damage done to the screensThere is no way our cleaning would have caused the issues Mr [redacted] is saying he has Especially the fact that he is saying the leaking has occurred days after the service was completed If water were to leak in, it would have occurred during the power-washing also not just after the work was completed when it rains.We have been in business for almost twenty years and have never caused the type of damage Mr [redacted] is saying.Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional information

All cleaning products that our company uses is environmentally friendly We use a citrus based solution that does have a small 3% by volume of chlorine that helps to remove any mold, algae, or mildew off of the siding This amount is far less than you would find in a swimming pool We do not use bleach to do the cleaning No damage was done to any of the customers property by our cleaning process and to our knowledge both customers were very satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning.Please let us know if you need any additional information or have any other questions And for future reference, can you please email correspondence also to this email address, [redacted] Thank You,TabithaBryant's Powerwashing
