Mr*** purchased his Vehicle on 6/2/At that time there were no known issues with the vehicle, in fact Mr*** drove the vehicle for months with no issuesHe was in the dealership to pick up paperwork as well as spoke with myself on the phone several times and never mentioned any issues
with the vehicle until recently.When he purchased it was as is and he declined a warranty at that timeHe did not purchase a warranty and he was not given a warranty so I’m unsure what he is speaking of in his complaintWhen he recently called in about his transmission issues l offered to look at the vehicle if he could get it here but he explained he had no money and no job to get it towed or fixedOf course as a business we can’t fix an automobile for free months after the sale as he requestedWe have all of the documentation that shows he purchased it as is with no warranty and declined to purchase a warrantyWe do not own the vehicle the bank does so we will not be buying the vehicle back at this timeWe are willing to look at the vehicle and give him the best cost to repair it that we possibly can but again he would need to get the vehicle here to have it diagnosed

Miss *** signed a non refundable down payment receipt at the time of purchaseWhen she purchased the vehicle she was aware there was addition documentation that we needed her to bring in the following dayWhen I contacted her days later because we had not received the documents she
informed me that her father had passed, I then waited several days before contacting her again to allow her time to grieve and attend servicesThere were issues with her loan but we were able to get them resolved and her loan was completeShe then returned to the dealership and informed us that she no longer wanted the vehicle due to her family giving her her fathers vehicleWe agreed to release her from her contract at that time but informed her the deposit was non refundableMiss*** put miles on the vehicle in weeksWe charge cents per mile as well as a detailing fee of $and a document fee of $so we are well over the initial $Miss*** put down on her vehicleOut of compassion for her situation we decided not to bill her and release her from her contract but she is not owed a refund of any amount at this timeI have included the signed non refundable down payment receipt signed by *** ***
