For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received some advice this weekend, and I'm just going to let this go without rebuttaljust let it go, I know what happenedStill wish them no ill will, but not wasting anymore life on this & them.

*** *** had originally contacted us back in March after purchasing our $Groupon promo for up to inches, an R-30, of our blofiberglass attic insulation for up to sqftWe have to schedule a walk-thru apptwith the customer to inspect their attic before we schedule to have
our crew come back out and installWe check for proper ventilation, how much insulation their attic currently has and what type of insulation it currently hasWhile at the walk thru apptPaul found a pretty severe roof leak coming thru improper flashing on her chimney that the house inspector had missed in his recent inspection of the houseWe recommended this was corrected before we scheduled the install of her insulation due to not wanting her insulation walked on afterwards due to the person correcting the leak*** *** went ahead and paid an extra $because she wanted her insulation taken up to inches, an R-44, rather than the inches she had already purchased through GrouponMost of our Groupon customers decide to get more than the up to inchesIndiana code is an R-38, or inches of attic insulationShe then signed our contract stating she would cancel within days of signing the contract if there were any issues prior to installation or simply she changed her mind and didn't want her attic insulatedIf she didn't cancel within days, she would be held financially responsible for the $anyways due to us purchasing her insulation and reserving her installation time and date*** *** actually canceled her install with us TWICE because she was waiting on an estimate from the roofing companyTechnically, her signing this legally binding contract, we do not owe her $backBut due to not wanting to continue this over-exaggerated claim *** *** has filed we are refunding the full amount and just would ask her to never contact our company againLast time I spoke to *** *** through email she was told to contact us once she was finished having the roof leak fixed then we could get her install scheduled from thereLast I heard from her was in April *** *** finally contacted us May 30th and then again June 6...ready to reschedule her installWe weren't able to get back with her due to me, Paul's wife, having an emergency that we have dealt with since May I am scheduled to have another surgery tomorrow, June 14thBecause we did not get back with *** *** in days, she contacted Groupon filing a complaint AND the Revdex.comHad *** *** been patient and waited for a response, Paul contacted all waiting customers, there were emails and voice mails he returned in one day, on Thursday, June This was a complete misunderstanding on the customers partAnd her actions were an overkillNot to mention, we have others customers we had to get back with, run apptsfor and installWe are a small, family ran company, everyone that does work with us knows this upfront, we tell them this over the phone, in person, in our contracts and it is on our website and Facebook pageThere are of us total, for now, that work for Bryant'sOur company can not revolve around one individual customerAll companies shouldn't be expected to drop all of our other customers to wait on another customer, especially a customer that left us hanging multiple times from the beginning of the business relationshipIn my opinion, *** *** expected us to drop everything and call her or email her back right when she expected us to immediatelyThat is an unrealistic expectationThank you for your timeIf you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via this email or our office phone:*** Please understand we all will be out of the office from June 14-21, 2016 Sincerely, Beth ***
