I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted] has promised, many time before, to fix the leaks (per warranty), but as of yet, has not done so....

 Since I have filed this complaint, I have received two phone calls from Mr. [redacted] pushing me forward to the next week; he has not committed to a date or time. As before, I am receiving excuses. Once Mr. [redacted] has actually finished the repairs, this issue will not be considered resolved.
