Very well ***, here it is with the picture attachments that should be duly noted Thank you, [redacted] My Rejection of Business Response, with Exhibit Attachments: On July 5th I texted Chasity B [redacted] (Bryer’s Asphalt Seal Coating) about the serious problem I had with the rubber crack filler (hot tar) she applied to my driveway and I sent her "Exhibit First Gaping Hole" picture displaying how the hot tar that she applied on my parking pad on June 22, had adhered onto my tire and left a gaping hole on my parking pad (I had waited days to park on my parking pad, twice as long as she recommended) In the text I sent her (there was never a real time telephone discussion with her after June 22nd), she replied “Well at this point I can't do anything to change it Its been sealed over." I then texted her (and I still have the texts to prove our conversation), “I can’t tell you how to do your job, but I think you poured it too heavy and it should have been brushed out; or maybe it was because it rained and it wasn’t dry enoughIDK I would like you to come out and look at it.” It should be noted, I had to have the tar removed from of my tire The very next morning (July 6th) when I backed out off my parking pad another chunk came off on my tire and another gaping hole was left on my drivewayExhibit (Eleven days after the job was done)I then called her and when she didn't pick up the phone I left her a voicemail, “Another chunk just came off on my tire! You come over tonight and scrape the rubber off my driveway, please!” She sent a text reply back stating, “I can’t do thatWe settled on $75”It should be noted again that I had to have the tar removed from of my tire In conclusion, she never came out to look at the driveway There was a breach of contract because she did not honor the one year guarantee of client satisfactionAlso, her shoddy work caused ancillary damage that also needed repaired Regards, [redacted] ***
