Good Afternoon, After taking a quick read of the reply from Brodie Animal Hospital, it is apparent that they are happy to misquote me multiple timesI never asked them to "just fix my dog." I did not raise my voiceThe money is not an issue, so happy to let that go, it's a drop in the bucket after everything that I've put in to *** I advise, very seriously, to choose someone other than [redacted] to represent Brodie Animal Hospital when there are customer satisfaction issuesShe is abrasive, talks over people, and refuses to consider the thoughts of the clientWhen Dr [redacted] approached me to discuss my dog, [redacted] refused to leave (less than inches from my face) after I refused to be thrown into one of their rooms while waiting for my dogShe stood, arms crossed and obviously angry, while I paid out and leftI have never had worse customer service in my lifeI have no idea about her competence as a veterinarian, but as a representative of Brodie Animal Hospital that handles customer relationshipsShe is a total disgrace An apology would not begin to make me feel any better about this situation, especially after the responseYou do not know my dog, you do not know me, we have visited your clinic twiceTo misquote me, attempt to make me sound like a brute, and to disregard the actions of [redacted] is totally unacceptable Good luck to you and your clinic, I am so glad that I met [redacted] that day and not down the road so I can make an informed decision on where to take my animals for veterinary careBrodie is crossed off the list happily Best, [redacted] ***

After taking a quick read of the reply from Brodie Animal Hospital, it is apparent that they are happy to misquote me multiple times. I never asked them to "just fix my dog." I did not raise my voice. The money is not an issue, so happy to let that go, it's a drop in the bucket after everything that I've put in to [redacted].
I advise, very seriously, to choose someone other than [redacted] to represent Brodie Animal Hospital when there are customer satisfaction issues. She is abrasive, talks over people, and refuses to consider the thoughts of the client. When Dr. [redacted] approached me to discuss my dog, [redacted] refused to leave (less than 5 inches from my face) after I refused to be thrown into one of their rooms while waiting for my dog. She stood, arms crossed and obviously angry, while I paid out and left. I have never had worse customer service in my life. I have no idea about her competence as a veterinarian, but as a representative of Brodie Animal Hospital that handles customer relationships.... She is a total disgrace.
An apology would not begin to make me feel any better about this situation, especially after the response. You do not know my dog, you do not know me, we have visited your clinic twice. Good luck to you and your clinic, I am so glad that I met [redacted] that day and not down the road so I can make an informed decision on where to take my animals for veterinary care. Brodie is crossed off the list happily.
