Review: Paid for and ordered fencing materials and labor to construct it.
The work has not been completed because proper materials were never ordered, materials were/are defective,
Fencing was not installed correctly and cement was not used as agreed to for all the poles, fencing has holes in it and is broken and cracked in many, many areas including the posts, wood is of the poorest and thinest quality and not as described.
Materials used are not what was agreed too - cement was not used to set poles and wooden boards are jagged and dangerous to even touch, wood is thin, discolored, and not even well made or put together, boards installed broken, spilt, cracked, and not leveled and straight. Metal fence paint is removed.
job site was left in dangerous conditions with 3/4 inch metal nails and other materials example-jagged metal materials left all over the ground and sticking out of the fence in many areas as well,
Work was not even completed to date-missing gate, missing fence sections, missing tops-(wood and metal from tops), missing gates and closures.
Men left job and we have no idea how or when work will be corrected and completed.
Owner does not return phone calls and emails to address problemsDesired Settlement: ASAP-with a hard date-Replace all wooden fencing and gates on property with the right fencing-
A fencing materials used need to be all cedar fencing placed in cement and have the right board thickness, clean/safe without nails sticking oot of it and NOT broken, cracked, splitting, no holes and no sharp/pointed sides and edges to fencing and the work site should be cleaned up.
