Bryn Mawr Glass and Mirror

Review: Bryn Mawr glass installed several large mirrors in my studio [redacted] initially when we opened in 2003 and again in 2011 when we expanded. Our first installation was done correctly so I hired them again for the expansion. However, the second time, they made the mistake of installing the mirrors flush to the floor which over time, can cause them to fall, shatter and possibly cause injury. Even though they were notified at the time, [redacted] (the owner?), refused to re do the job unless I paid for the installation again. I have contacted them several times over the years to no avail. She has come up with various bogus reasons as to why it is not their mistake and even told me in 2011 that she didn't have a record of [redacted] or the original job in 2003.Last June, as predicted, two mirrors in the newer space fell and were laying on the floor the day before our spring recital. Miraculously they didn't shatter but needed to be moved immediately. I called Bryn Mawr Glass and spoke to [redacted] who was very understanding of the emergency and sent two guys over to move them and re install them in another studio. I couldn't risk having them propped against a wall with all the kids running around. [redacted] told me to contact [redacted] to arrange for remaining 4 mirrors to be reinstalled after the recital and then asked me not to mention to her that he took care of the 2 mirrors that fell.I have tried several times over the summer to have the job done but have been met with the same run around of phone calls not returned, cancelled appointments, excuses and blatant lies. I have been at the studio waiting only to be told that the guys showed up but no one was there. Classes resume in two weeks. [redacted] continues to invent a litany of reasons as to why this can't be their responsibility, the latest being she now has no record of doing the job in 2011 so someone else could have botched the job and I am just lying!! Unbelievable. I am writing to see if there is any recourse with such a shady operation?Desired Settlement: I want the mirrors reinstalled properly with no charge as they are a hazard and can cause injury.

Bryn Mawr glass has tried to help [redacted] many times even though our mirror installation warranty is for one year on New Mirror and she had used mirror. She asked us to re hang mirror that she said we installed over 2 years ago because it was loose, and we did help her. This time she has loose mirrors, instead of re-gluing the mirror in the same spot , she wants them moved to a different room and installed for free. Bryn Mawr Glass went to her studio three times and twice she was a no show at the apointment. time. We have tried to help [redacted] as much as possible and she refused to pay for any part of the installation, but keeps calling us back to do more work it seems all she wants is for us to keep working for free.
