Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The owners avoided as much as possible to even talk to me on the phone about the situation they failed to follow up with diagnosing it and spent minutes with just turning on the TV I would never recommend this company to anyone as the customer service and hanging up on me at the end is quite ridiculousI found a dispute with my bank to get the funds returned to me anyways so it is what it is I hope no one else takes their tv to be diagnosed. Brys charges a estimate fee. Our service tech came out to the store to look at the customers TV, and the problem the customer described couldn't be duplicated. Customer knew going in to this that the fee was non-refundable whether or not a problem was diagnosed and that if
there was an issue that was located then the would be applied to the repair of the item if the customer chose to fix it
