We have spoken with Ms [redacted] Tuesday morning before 8:a.m We have decided to request garment back from Ms*** She stated that she has left the garment at a different location and that she would recover it and let the hotel staff know when it is back in Oshkosh When that is done, we will re-examine that garment and if we should decide to, we may submit garment to [redacted] [redacted] has agreed to this and we will keep her aware of updates as they develop regarding her garment Should she have any further questions she can contact us Monday-Friday 6am-6pm or Saturday 7-

The issue is not resolvedThey gave me $** because they did not want to take full responsibility for ruining my dress and for not following the care instructionsI would like them to take responsibility as a business and repay me the cost of my dress at the price of $***The $** dollars that they refunded me was the dry cleaning fee.
