Review: Bryson Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Lenox Central Heat and Air Conditioner in my home in September 2015. (without obtaining a permit of any kind or ever requesting an outside inspection). He was paid in full and I thought that was the end of it. June of 2016 (9 months later) the air conditioner ran 24/7 in an attempt to cool down my home (900 sq ft) and it never cooled to lower than 82 degrees. (I was gone on vacation at the time and had a person house sitting). I got home and found that my living room vinyl wood floors were bubbled up from water. It was discovered that the 'existing' line they plugged into for the condensation had a crack in it and was plugged. Therefore it flooded the wall into my home and my living room and kitchen floor. They reluctantly came back and repaired the one crack in the drain pipe and blew out the pipe with air pressure. I've since had the floors ripped out, and am living for the last 3 weeks with no flooring (concrete) my furniture is scattered, and I have no air conditioning because I can't get a contractor to come in and accept the responsibility of the 'mess' that was left by the prior contractor with no permit or prior inspection. Bryson was going to come in and 'fix' the problems by charging me for every thing they had to do. TO CLEAN UP HIS OWN MESS!!! I'm not paying him another dime. The owner himself, Bryson, screamed at me on the phone that he was f[redacted]g done with me! Because I'm refusing to pay him any more to fix this. I'm against a wall now and don't know how to get this resolved. I am 71 years old and when it gets to 90 degrees + in my home it can't be healthy for me. And living on concrete floors with cement dust throughout my house is less than comfortable. I'm lost and frustrated!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the heating and air conditioner inspected and repaired and up to code. So that it #1 is legally installed and #2 will work successfully. I am willing to put out additional money as required to have ANOTHER contractor come in and complete what needs to be done.

I DO NOT want Bryson or anyone from his company to call or show up at my house again. He's rude, tries to intimidate me and I won't go through this again. And I will not pay HIM for any of this repair.

Review: I called Bryson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to fix a problem with our heater. Diagnosis: replace inducer blower and flame sensor. He was going to charge me $540 for the inducer blower and $80 for the flame sensor plus $220 for labor... Total $860 I asked for an explanation and for a better price. He said that he paid those same amounts for the parts and that he can only apply a discount of $140 for the inducer blower. I asked his employee to leave the old inducer blower in the box that belonged to the new part, which is where I later found the code # for the flame sensor and the inducer blower. I looked online and the price of the same inducer blower was less than $250 and less than $20 for the flame sensor. I called Bryson to give him a chance to be honest and instead, his reaction was very rude and aggressive. Not only did he charge me $720, he didn't even fix the problem. I later called a different company, [redacted], who found that the actual problem was the circuit board, fixing it for $339.52. I asked [redacted] an estimate for an inducer blower and flame sensor and the total with parts, labor and taxes was $374.02. The inducer blower and the flame sensor don't need to be replaced.Desired Settlement: I do not want Bryson in my house so he needs to pay [redacted] to take out the parts he replaced. I want a refund of $720 + $95 to take out Bryson's inducer blower and flame sensor. Total = $815. I am being very generous because what I really want is an added $400 for my time and for cleaning his mess considering I was sick & scheduled for surgery that week.
