Cadence bank has some very bad, customer-unfriendly procedures. For example, they sold me a Cashier's Check, never disclosing that they would take away $5 of my money when I wanted to cash it. When I went to cash it, they refused to give me the entire amount, charging me $5 to cash the cashier's check they had sold me. This is a deceptive practice and damages customers, and I will never do business with them as a customer unless I have to do so due to someone else's payment to me. They are dishonest and customer-unfriendly.
