My name is Rosa Camell, After seeing Brytons on TV I decide to give them a try. On the 27 of November a young man by the name of Alex Schilling came out to remodel my bathroom he did a great job I was supprized at the time that it took him to do it .Great Job I would recomment Him and Bryton to others. Just had to say Brytons was the most Outstanding bathroom remodel experience I've ever experienced! From the sales staff you came tony mothers home to the install. I had converted an old bathtub to a handicapped walkin shower and it came out perfect! [redacted] the installer was the hardest working American I've ever seen in the construction business. [redacted] worked 14 hours straight the first day and 9 hours the 2nd day and his work was flawless

We had our bathroom completely remodeled in 2014. Today in 2016 we are still having issues. They have been out 8 times to date, and still cannot seem to get our bathroom fixed. The tile is coming apart, the grout they out in keeps coming apart, they tell us we are out of warranty, but when you have been called 8 times and you cannot find competent people to fix the problem, and you have been paid a great deal of money, they didn't leave the extra tile we paid for, but yet they do not want to fix the problem, and we still have to pay the loan. I do not think this is how a company should conduct business, and they are telling us now they only have one person wh can do repairs. Wish we had know this before we did this project.
