I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[It is not true that the rockers were already sold.
It is not true that Mr. Brzostek was helpful in brining up the items I wanted to bid on.
It is not true that I took items without paying for them. I removed nothing from the auction site. I gave up and left in disgust. I left the items I had successfully bid on behind because they weren't paid for.]

We bent over backwards to try to make this woman happy by getting the items she wanted up for bids. The rockers were already sold and this women stole the items that she bid on without paying for them and we are now going to pursue by legal means to have her arrested for theft, if she does not...
pay for her items by Friday, October 17, 5 PM.
