On Feb **,2013 I had a minor collision in my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. The accident occurred when I went to park my car at a privately owned shopping mall near in my neighborhood. The vehicle came in contact with black ice and it started to slide uncontrollably in the parking space and hit the parking pole. The collision caused my vehicle to require extensive body work. I sent the vehicle to the dealer where I purchased it and they in return sent to collision company they do business with on a regular basis. The name of this establishment is B and S Auto Collision in [redacted], NY. As of today date I still do not have my vehicle. On March *, 2013 I spoke with one of their employees who told he would drop my car off at the dealership where I purchased my car stating it was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived the vehicle was anything but ready for pick up. When I did my own inspection, the right side signal at the bottom of the car was totally not there. This in my opinion is unprofessional and inappropriate. Someone from B and S should have noticed this major flaw prior to my eye catching this apparent large gaping hole at the bottom of this rather mid size to large SUV. Please help get the proper service I so truly deserve. I am paying a monthly car note and other expenses which include car rental fees, etc. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.
