I am rejecting this response because: I personally met the person who used the machine after me and she also complained that her clothes had not been washed properly by the machineShe didn’t file a complaint because she did not want to be hassled with the matterThe business should still have recordings from that day regarding this issueI also have a recording on my phone showing no water in the wash cycleThe business response is and I would like the business to be investigated by a third party for accuracy

Business states that the machine was inspected and unit was functioning properly, prior and after customer useOn that given day, there was approximately loads on that machine and this was the only customer to complainThe actual type of articles may have different levels of water absorption and machine may function accordinglyAt this time no refund is due as customer received service that was paid for
