B's Concrete & Repair

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 1st. There has been no verbal communication from this contractor or associates.  When did he inspect the crack in my patio?  2nd. I would like a phone call (no matter how strange that conversation will be). I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to call. 3rd. I want Hanna to come and inspect the damages in my presence.  Regards,  [redacted]

Hanna called to say: I spoke with [redacted] at the festival in July, regarding his concrete job, and we agreed to discuss at a later date that works best for both of us. He can contact me at the office number to schedule an appropriate time.

I am writing to provide an update to you regarding the above complaint. Mr. [redacted] and I spoke at length...

Saturday, Oct. 18th regarding this complaint wherein he informed me that due to a personal emergency he had to leave the country
which explained why I hadn't heard from him since Sept. 27'th, so he wasn't in fact ignoring me just had not been able to respond due to his emergency situation. Mr. [redacted] stopped by my house on Tuesday, Oct 21" and inspected my driveway where
he provided me with his recommendations. I am pleased that Mr. [redacted] and I were able to resolved this issue in a respectful and professional manner. I look forward to doing business with him the future. Ms. [redacted] thank you so much for your assistance.

Hanna Kfouri Called to respond. He stated: One of my guys went to check on the complaint issue at the consumer's place. He didn't see any cracks like the consumer presented on the phone. He saw vessel marks, on the surface of the concrete....

This is normal and does not cause any issue with the concrete product. I still will cover any major cracks within one year of installation date. At this point, that is not a major crack he is talking about. If the consumer still would like me to come check it out, I am willing to do so now within the next week or so. He has to let me know if he wants this.

reference to complaint ID 10540249, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Hanna came to our home on 4/27/15... we talked about the problems we have and Hanna explained he had back surgery which was the reason for not returning our calls...we have an agreement that he will return in June to fix and replace what we agreed on...
