B+S Decorating

Flowers by Brian did the flowers for our wedding on October *, 2013. In our contract it clearly states that we were supposed to receive 6 bridesmaids bouquets and we only received 5. The flower delivery arrived approximately 40 minutes later than discussed which ended up giving us 10 minutes until pictures were supposed to begin. In order to correct this problem we had to send one of the bouquets into town to a local florist who charged us $150 to make a similar bouquet. Another issue that we had was a change in the number of centerpieces that we needed for the event. We initially needed 11 centerpieces that were $140 each and reduced that number to 9 because we had reduced the number of tables. We have e-mails documenting every change that was made. We attempted contacting Flowers by Brian numerous times via e-mail and telephone starting approximately 2 days after the wedding. I spoke with the owners assistant twice and she assured me that she was speaking to the owner to figure out the reimbursement we were entitled to due to the fact that we payed for a bouquet that we didn't receive, we had to pay a local florist to make a bouquet last minute, and the reduction in the number of centerpieces. Today is December ** approximately 2 1/2 months later. Today for the first time I actually received a call from the company telling me "they'll see me in court."
