Review: Earlier this year I was in contact with B&S Fitness because I was interrested in taking swimming lessons. I had pre-payed for 4 group lessons online for a total of $40. I was assured that swimmers of all levels were welcome to their group sessions, and that I would be able to start any time they were meeting. I sched. a lesson in Aug. of this year. When I arrived I was disappointed to find out that the lessons were not geared towards beginners. Students were swimming long distances 0.5 miles or longer. I was instructed to swim along the shore; this was without instruction or supervision. I did not participate that day because this service did not meet my need. They did not have any other programs that fit my schedule. I later inquired about a refund and no one has contacted me since. I inquired about a refund two days after the lesson sched. in August. I have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $40, the amount I payed in advanced for swimming lessons. Lessons which I was not able to attend due to false information provided.

The reason why I didnt before was because we offer credits not refunds due to the nature of our business. If he had followed up and requested a monetary refund I would have sent it.
