Per your attached quote they were going to place crushed rock into the hole area and compact. Clearly this did not occur in the hole under the side walk closest to the driveway. I understand that the pavement above had not started to cave in into this hole, however we paid them to remove the complete section of the side walk so that all the hole area under this section of the sidewalk could be filled in. I have contacted them about this issue on or before April 13th 2012 and you have failed to give us a reasonable resolution to this issue.
