Review: This company took my chair for reupholster 8 weeks ago - has claimed it would be finished in three weeks - claims its done but has missed four different delivery appointments over a five week period . The company has no credibility and I believe the chair has been stolen I paid 350.00 deposit upon the project - [redacted] name is [redacted]- missed thanksgiving and now Christmas delivery - absolutely un professional- borders on fraudulentDesired Settlement: I want my chair back period - whether finished or not - I will be calling the police shortly for theft .

At this time, I have been contacted directly by B&S Reupholstery, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
the delivery of the chair back to me has still not been completed - business claimed that were away for the holiday the chair is finished and it would be delivered asap as of today that has not occurred. I get the feeling the chair is missing and will never be returned - This business is totally irresponsible . THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THERE REPUTATION .

they claim chair is finished but will not complete the delivery - this is disreputable company that no one should use . behavior borders on criminal
