An investigation into Ms***'s grievance proved the company committed no wrongdoingMs*** did not submit all of her
payments in a timely manner and even missed monthly payments altogetherThe payments that she submitted were never more than a few dollars more than the minimum monthly amount dueMs*** was never assessed a late fee; however, when she finally did make a payment, a lesser portion was applied to the principal balanceAs explained to Ms***, she could have submitted more than the minimum payment due in order to reduce her outstanding principal balance
Notwithstanding the above, the company is a consumer focused lender and always attempts to find a mutually beneficial solution with its customersWith that said, in a good faith effort to resolve this matter and in light of the payments submitted, the company is willing to discuss a settlement arrangement with Ms***If she is interested, Ms*** should contact *** at XXX-XXX-XXXX by August 20,

A payment was never missed until a principal balance of *** was mentioned I stated at that time that I was contacting the Revdex.com and the late fees are added at end not to the principal
