He returned his order on 7/25/15,and the $39.95 payment was removed. The cost of returning is the customers'responsibility. He will receive no further charges or shipments.We apologize for any inconvenience that he experienced as a result of thispurchase. We try very hard to satisfy our customers and to learn from them whenthey have not had a good experience with us. We hope and trust that this matter isnow resolved. The quotes provided by [redacted] concerning terms for a 'free trial' for Kickx golf balls was not visible on the web page I ordered on.  The terms of conditions information is an unusually long list  of conditions where I have not been able to find.   I would not pay 99 cents for a free trial for Kickx golf balls when it will cost me $13 to return them.  I thought I was getting one sleeve of balls for the 'free trial'.  When I received a dozen, I knew something was fishy and called the company immediately.  By hiding the stipulations within a long list of 'terms of conditions, this company is deceiving customers and this is  evident by many complaints online by people who have been charged and received more balls.  They owe me $13 for shipping costs.
