Total scam company. Do not enter your credit card info on their website or you will be sent an item even if you decide not to purchase. They also will not send you a purchase confirmation, just a notice that the item has shipped ( at a cost way more than the item itself ). When you call to dispute the order they will tell you its too late, the item has shipped and you have to return it for a credit but when you do return they will only credit the amount of the item. (example .. $4.00 item, you are charged $20, they credit $4.00 keep $15) I would give zero stars if possible.

Purchased a $2 item from website ***, affiliated with this entity. Received item, it was as described, no problem. A few weeks later was charged $9.95 on the same debit card I used to purchase the initial $2 item and the bank transaction included a reference for Response Management Company, which purports to be a call center in Maine. This group will not refund the $9.95 charged to my card for this secondary item I never purchased. This "secondary item" is actually a monthly "online golf lessons" arrangement that I not only didn't sign up for, but which also has no website and for which I've never received any sort of login credentials or other information. So not only was I charged for something I didn't purchase, there's no evidence that the "online golf lessons" even exist.

We received your letter dated January 22, 2018 regarding the experience of ***.
In reviewing the call that he placed I have confirmed that after his call he was immediately refunded, but was promised a follow-up phone call to confirm that the refund had taken place.
While the refund occurred, as far as I can determine this follow-up phone call never occurred and I sincerely regret this oversight. We are addressing the error with the agent.
It is important to us to assure the satisfaction of all customers at all points of contact and I regret that this did not happen for Mr.. The customer has been refunded everything he has ever been charged, and as a courtesy we ask that he keep the product that he received as our gift for his trouble. We are reaching out to the customer to verify that he is satisfied with this outcome.
We apologize for any and all inconvenience that Mr. experienced as a result of this purchase. We try very hard to satisfy our customers and to learn from them when they have not had a good experience with us. We hope and trust that this ***er is now resolved for all parties. Should there be any further questions, however, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[The refund provided was not what was requested. The product purchased for $5.95 was shipped and was exactly what I ordered. That product wasn't the issue. However, for some reason that $5.95 was refunded.

The issue, instead, as noted in the original complaint, is that somehow I was billed for some sort of "golf lessons" I did not purchase. This secondary billing was for $9.95, and it was billed on 12/15/17 and on 1/15/17. Neither of those amounts were refunded, and those charges (and more specifically, the method by which the "sale" of these "golf lessons" was made) is the issue. I never asked for a refund for the purchase of the labels I actually bought. The issue was these "golf lessons" that somehow started billing out several weeks after the initial purchase was made.

As I said in other communications, I have no way of knowing if the billing will continue... the 15th is only two days away, and who knows, it might hit again. I truly believe this is intentionally obfuscatory. There is likely a pre-checked box at some point in the checkout process for these "golf lessons" and a consumer has to uncheck this automatic selection. It is likely for a "free trial", which would explain why the billing didn't hit until about a month after I bought the product. It's ridiculous, frankly. And the $5.95 refund for labels in no way compensates for the $9.95 billed fraudulently for "golf lessons". As should be obvious to the Revdex.com, the issue is much less with the actual dollars involved than with the process by which the company is making these "sales" and quietly skimming ten bucks a month off consumers like me who don't balance their online bank balance every day.]

The dispute noted below has been closed by the Revdex.com as unresolved, but I wanted to pass on that the company overnighted me a check yesterday for all monies I paid them. They’ve now actually refunded me for the actual purchase I made twice, and I was fine with the purchase itself… it was the ancillary item that was not thrown in (and the monthly recurring charge) that was the issue. Anyway, wanted to pass on that it’s resolved… actually I owe them $11.98 now to return their credit overage.

Terrible, fraudulent company. Made such a small ($2) purchase, thought little of the potential consequences... thought, how badly can a company with a bad website screw up a $2 order?

Plenty. My $2 order for clubface labels somehow turned into a monthly "online training" subscription for $9.95 a month. Complete scam. No phone number for company on website, all you can do is contact the "fulfillment company", which is "Response Management Company", at 800-216-5763. The number listed in the left margin has the same slow, droning voice as "Response Management Company", so it's clearly the same group. Called once, they hung up. Called a second time, it was a call center in Maine. I will spend a hundred times what was stolen from me to stop their fraud.

Ordered a golf club Nov 19th this is now Dec 14th still don't have club. Everytime I call it is that it is shipped or will be shipped in two days.
